Alexandra Raisman

Aly Raisman is an American gymnast who had been both as a captain and a participant of 2012's Fierce Five and the 2016 Final Five US Women's Olympic Gymnastics team. Aly Raisman took home three gold medals at the 2012 Olympics which took place in London. In addition, she took home a bronze on the balance beam. As a result, she was the very first American at the Olympics with the highest number of medals. In 2016, she along with her partner Gabby Doug were the first Americans to take home back-to-back golds in team competitions. Her silver medals came in the floor individual and all-around event. She took a break of three years between the two Olympics from competing gymnastics. Her gold medal winning American team also won the two World Championships. She began learning gymnastics at the age of two and her most favorite sport is floor exercise. Aly is a member of the Uniting Against Lung Cancer organisation to honor her mother, who died from cancer. She is planning to pursue an occupation in fashion and would like to expand her leotard line and socks later on. Fierce the new novel she's currently working on will be published sometime in the coming year.
